Betta Milk answers Jacqui's patriotic call
Burnie teenager, Jacqui Fishwick, hit a patriotic chord with the powers-that-be at Betta Milk. They think her idea to print our national anthem on milk cartons is nothing short of brilliant.
"It's fantastic to see patriotic young Australians such as Jacqui leading the way by example," said Mark Littler, General Manager of Betta Milk.
He believes that her "call to duty" is too important to refuse.
"We are more than happy to take Jacqui's idea on board. If we can help Tasmanians to become more familiar with the words to our national anthem, donating a side of our milk cartons is the least we can do."
In fact, Betta Milk will be doing more than just that. As well as printing the lyrics to Advance Australia Fair on their cartons in January next year, just prior to Australia Day, Betta Milk will be promoting Jacqui's story, along with the anthem's words, on their website (click here) as soon as possible.
